NordenPass
A live application of the Altered Landscape thesis.
NordenPass takes a fragmented ski-pass market and turns it into a transparent decision model. It separates market facts, personal fit, confidence, and tradeoffs so a skier can understand not just which pass is recommended, but why that recommendation is defensible.
Market facts: resort access, pass products, observed pricing, restrictions, and coverage.
Personal context: where someone skis, how often they go, who they travel with, and what tradeoffs matter.
Decision layer: fit scoring, confidence levels, known limitations, and a recommendation that can be compared against alternatives.
Operational Intelligence

Current research extends the same pattern into operationally complex, asset-based businesses. The focus is not another dashboard. It is an agent that continuously translates fragmented operational data into decisions, workflows, and measured follow-through.
Working Thesis
Data exists. Decisions are still hard.
Across marketplaces and operating businesses, the recurring problem is not a lack of information. Rules, incentives, systems, and human context remain fragmented. Useful intelligence synthesizes those inputs into trustworthy decisions and practical action.
